Production Timeline: There is a minimum of 7 to 10 days for processing your custom order. We will strive to complete your project within 2 weeks of submission, however in case our printer is experiencing a high volume of custom orders, please expect delays. Your account manager will keep you updated.

Custom Printing of garments, ceramic mugs and other printable products have a minimum order of 12 units total, by product style.

DTF Graphic Tees: minimum order is only 12 shirts in total.

For example, you can select 1 graphic design to put on 12 shirts OR 12 designs to print on 12 shirts, there is no minimum on the number of graphic designs to order.

Assort your shirt colors, sizes and print designs and we will print it for you! Great way to offer a wide assortment of trendy graphic shirts without overstocking.

Ceramic Mugs: minimum order is only 12 mugs by capacity (order in increments of 12).

Choose 11oz or 15oz, no mixing of mug sizes per dozen. You can select 1 or 12 graphic designs to print on the mugs. Please order in increments of 12 mugs, basically 1 inner tray of 12 at a time.

Stainless Steel Skinny Tumbler with acrylic lid: minimum order is only 6 units (by bottle size 12oz, 20oz, 30oz). Select 1 or more designs to print on each stainless steel skinny tumbler.

DTF Printing Process: DTF stands for Direct To Film.

This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt made of cotton, polyester, or their blends, regardless of their colour.

DTF prints can withstand multiple washes without losing their color or quality. DTF prints can last without any significant fading anywhere between 2 to 5 years. The longevity of every print is influenced by a variety of factors.

We primarily use ATC  (The Authentic T-Shirt Company) brand of shirts. This brand is equivalent to M&O and Gildan brands.

Note: If a color in your order is out of stock, we will select another comparable brand for substitution to prevent delay in production.

Fabric Profile : Most colors are 100% Cotton Preshrunk Jersey, 8.1oz

Sport Grey is 90/10 cotton/polyester blend

Dark Heather, Heather Navy, Heather Red, Light Blue Heather, Safety Green, Safety Orange are 50/50 cotton/polyester blend

Green Heather is 65% Polyester 35% Cotton, lighweight and soft to touch
