Full color stickers for any surface has a glossy top finish, textured raised (3-D) to touch. Re-fresh stale, plain looking products.
Epoxy-strength adhesive and is permanent.

Minimum order: 24 Stickers Assorted Print Designs – you can select as many graphic designs as you like within a 2.5″ x 3″ container on a gangsheet.
Gangsheet Dimension: 15″ x 20″ sticker sheet *based on a 2.5″ width sticker design, the sheet may produce a minimum of 24 assorted stickers or more.
*The list price per (1) sticker is based on a 2.5 inch wide (and approximate height of 3″) print design. The width will generate the appropriate height perspective of the design.

Upload Ready-to-print files (requirements): We will let you know asap if the design(s) you selected is doable as UV DTF stickers.

Minimum line weight 6pts (small text words may not print properly, full color artwork is preferred)
File uploaded will printed exactly as it is. We do not inspect nor edit artwork files.
Transparent Background (PNG format only)
Provide High Quality files. Avoid pixelated artwork. Bad input will result in a bad output.
No watermarked files, trademark designs allowed. We will not produce knockoff licensed artworks.

Design(s) must fit on a gang sheet of 15″ wide by 20″ length. We can run as many sheets as you require. The artwork(s) will be placed on the sheet with the appropriate amount of spacing to allow for cutting.

*Do not use sublimation products (ie sublimation mug) to stick UV DTF stickers on. You will only waste the polyester coated substrate.

How to apply the sticker on the surface:
Clean the dry surface of the product you are sticking on
Position the product with least amount of movement
Peel the transparent film carrier from the white backing
Apply the sticker to the surface carefully, starting from the middle and pushing outward slowly (once it sticks, it’s on and can not be removed to re-apply)
Apply pressure to the printed design in an outward manner (from a point in the middle towards the edges, removing any air bubbles)
Peel the carrier film to leave the design on the surface permanently

Advantage of UV DTF printing is that it is highly durable. The UV-cured inks used in this process are resistant to fading and washing, which means that the printed image will maintain its quality over time.
